This study highlights issues and concerns on data and related information on children affected by conflict that are brought to light through the process of inventory analysis. It also looks at qualitative and child-focused interventions initiated in response to the distress and trauma impacts of children affected by the conflict. The study also focuses on child conscription and the use of child soldiers in Sri Lanka’s war. Finally, it looks at and provides an overview of the conditions of internally displaced children in Sri Lanka.
