The International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) has been offered annually since 2000. As the program marks its 10th anniversary, IPDET has commissioned this evaluation of program impact to assess whether the program is meeting its objectives and to track the longer-term effects of training once participants return to their place of work. Effects include the degree to which knowledge transfer has occurred, the possible organizational impacts of IPDET, and the mediating effects of organizational context in the participants
