The South East Asia Office of World Agroforestry Center (ICRAF) works with the Rights and Resources Initiative in order to develop an overview of the legal and regulatory questions dealing with ownership or access to land based natural resources. The LARS framework has been developed during these meetings, and this report focuses on capturing the insights, experience and policies that have been created and developed using the proposed framework.
