We believe that happiness and wellbeing stands on development and prosperity but research has shown that in most situations, that a person’s finances have no significance with happiness. This research was carried out in the Badulla District to identify the satisfactory levels of happiness in men and women. Though there is an acceptable level of happiness, the research was able to find out the reasons why men and women are stressed and not happy.
