We are aware of the fact that most Sri Lankan women are involved in the economy but we are not aware of the role of a woman in the economy and society.
This article talks about employed women, their difficulties, value of their careers also regarding the unemployed women who are not a part of the economy. Furthermore, it explains how to make an environment, opportunities and how to enhance the value of Sri Lankan women in the economy and society, with the aim of reaching empowerment.
