This book is a compilation of articles on ethics, education and empowerment which help to create an equal responsible society in Sri Lanka. The National Policy framework’s vision is to safeguard fundamental and human rights, and promote social, legal protection. It also strives to foster cohesion, harmony and inclusion through the assurance of socio-economic wellbeing and social justice. These policy recommendations will be included into a policy and action plan with the purpose of reaching equality.
