This report, carried out by the Poverty Impact Monitoring Unit on behalf of the Asian Development Bank, focuses on the poverty of selected four districts Badulla, Hambantota, Moneragala and Trincomalee of Sri Lanka. These consultations were expected to ensure that the views and perspectives of the poor are incorporated at the High Level Forum between the Government and ADB. Furthermore the process is foreseen to provide a widened appreciation of poverty issues and development needs as perceived by the poorest of Sri Lanka and also identify key poverty challenges for ADB
