This study report presented by the Ministry of Healthcare and Nutrition is of a research study undertaken for the Annual Health Forum, 2007. The aim of this study was to analyse the experiences of developed and developing countries in assessing the health sector performance, and to develop a suitable model and a set of indicators for Sri Lanka, and thereafter, to use this model and present the results for the Annual Health Forum (AHF) discussions.
