This publication brings together several important and complementary elements of the Government’s economic program. The Part one presents the framework of economic reform developed during the Government’s first year in office. Part two consists of the Poverty Reduction Strategy, developed over the course of the last four years with the participation and consultation with the stakeholders and interested groups. The Part three includes a fully integrated Action Plan in relation to the previous two parts.
