Sri Lanka Health Accounts: National Health Expenditure 1990-2019 profiles health spending in Sri Lanka from 1990-2019. It presents the latest estimates of health spending from Sri Lanka's health accounts, which have developed by IHP experts over many years to be fully compatible with international standards for reporting of health expenditure. As per the findings, health expenditure in 2018 was Rs. 423 billion which was equivalent to 2.9% of GDP, and Rs. 19,662 per capita which is low compared to other developing countries.
