This report addresses Sri Lanka post-conflict growth and recovery in terms of countries economic performance and the role of external sector in accelerating inclusive growth. It focuses on imperatives of inclusive growth such as: social protection; education and health services; agriculture sector; fishery sector and small and medium enterprises. It also draws attention to policy reflections such as infrastructure development; developing tourism; natural disaster and climate change; rising food prices; health; drug policy and power sector policies.
