The overview of this book is the main feature of the crisis that is affecting the Sri Lankan plantation industry and the people who are in the foundation. The history of our tea sector was profitable due to favorable factors but these conditions no longer exist. This causes lack of strategic plan and lack of investment, which ultimately destroys the industry.
