This book is based on a research on the contribution of women to their local and national economies through their unpaid work in Bangladesh. It includes all the household chores women do on daily basis and the research shows that each day they work for 16 hours approximately. Through the study, it is understood that domestic work play an important part towards women’s rights in Bangladesh and that the economy of the country depends on the contribution of women.
