This publication aims to provide a framework as a guide to prevent, reduce and ultimately eliminate gender based violence in Sri Lanka. It provides a simple understanding of gender based violence. It is a guide to government and nongovernmental organisations to design develop and implement effective projects and programmes to address gender based violence.
