This report documents activities and achievements of two projects, Food Security and Conflict Transformation (FSCT) and Emergency and Transitional Aid After month of the Tsunami Disaster (ETAFD) in the Batticaloa District in 2005. The two projects have been commissioned under a bilateral agreement between the governments of Sri Lanka and Germany.
