This is the first magazine of the Lama Saviya magazine series. The objective of the ministry is to make Lama Saviya a meaningful magazine that will enhance the knowledge of children, providing different perspectives on current issues related to them. This is the first magazine of this kind which brings out media creations and articles in all three languages representing all the children in the island.

இதுவே லமா சவிய சஞ்சிகைத் தொடர்கள் தொடர்பான முதலாவது சஞ்சிகையாகும். சிறுவர்கள் சம்பந்நதமான நடைமுறை விடயங்கள் தொடர்பான பல்வேறு நோக்குகளை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் சிறுவர்களின் அறிவை விருத்தி செய்யும் லமா சவியவை ஓர் அர்த்தம் நிறைந்த சஞ்சிகையாக ஆக்குவதே அமைச்சின் குறிக்கோளாகும். இதுவே தீவிலுள்ள சகல சிறுவர்களையும் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் செய்யும் வகையில் மூன்று மொழிகளிலும் ஊடக படைப்புகளையும் ஆக்கங்களையும் வெளியிடும் இவ்வகையான முதலாவது சஞ்சிகையாகும்.
