This was presented at the Lanka Forum for Rural Transport Development (LFRTD) in Nairobi December 2005. One of the main objectives of the presentations was to generating & absorbing knowledge for informing Policy and Action. Also tried to discuss on developing a body of knowledge through most recent studies, what needs to be done in macro level and macro levels, using the knowledge as a mechanisms of influencing, also tried to see the situation of LFRTD in next ten years of time.
