This reports the results of livelihood needs assessment initiated by International Labour Organisation (ILO) in five resettled DS divisions in Baticaloa district. The ILO has designed and developed the data gathering mapping tool comprising nine tabulated matrices marked with the affected Grama Niladari Divisions to capture the livelihood gaps information in the five identified DS divisions. The information comprised demographic information, information of sectors such as agriculture, livestock, fisheries, business development, vocational skills training and micro credit.
