Child Led Disaster Risk Reduction (CLSDRR) initiatives by Save the Children in Sri Lanka where children are at the centre of all the programmes as active participants. Children were trained and prepared in disaster risk reduction to make children more aware about the disasters and hazards and to take immediate steps to mitigate them and to pass their knowledge to adults and the next generations.
