This document provides all stakeholders with a description of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka’s (PUCSL) role and presents a snapshot of its activities in the pipeline for 2010.  It also details the benefits offered to consumers as well as other stakeholders upon completion of the activities scheduled for 2010.
