This volume consists of three main parts: the Vision for growth as the part I; the Sri Lanka's Poverty Reduction Strategy as the part II; and the Action Plan Matrices as the part III. It presents the framework for economic reform focusing on the immediate actions necessary and particularly on the challenges of effective implementation in the first part. The part II refers to the poverty reduction strategy which provides broader, medium-term perspectives. The final part includes a fully integrated Action Plan following from Part I and II.
