This is the documentation of the 29th Open Forum on Poverty held by CEPA. The study which was presented at the forum, analysed the implications of microfinance using evidence from an experimental intervention to estimate the returns to capital for a set of small household enterprises that received different types of capital injections. 613 fims in the Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts were chosen for the study. This document includes a summary of the study presented, as well as comments by the discussant and a synopsis of the floor discussion.

මෙම ප‍්‍රකාශනය දරිද්‍රතා විශ්ලේෂණ කේන්ද්‍රය විසින් පවත්වනු ලැබූ 29 වෙනි විවෘත සම්මන්ත‍්‍රණය පදනම් කොට සකස් කරන ලදී. ‍ෙමම සම්මන්ත‍්‍රණය සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද අධ්‍යයනය පාදක වී ඇත්තේ සුළු පරිමාණ මූල්‍ය වැඩසටහන්වල බලපෑම මැන බැලීමයි. ඒ සඳහා විවිධ ණය පහසුකම් ලබාගෙන ඇති පවුල් මට්ටමේ සුළු පරිමාණ ව්‍යවසායකයින් 613 දෙනෙකු කළුතර, ගාල්ල සහ මාතර යන දිස්ත‍්‍රික්කවලින් තෝරාගෙන සමීක්ෂණයට භාජනය කර ඇත.

 

එකී අධ්‍යයනය පිළිබඳ ඉදිරිපත් කිරී‍ෙමහි සාරාංශයක්, සම්මන්ත‍්‍රණයට සහභාගී වූවන් විසින් දක්වන ලද අදහස් සහ අධ්‍යනය පිළිබඳ පූර්විකාවක් ‍ෙමම ප‍්‍රකාශනයෙහි අන්තර්ගතව ඇත.

 களுத்துறை, காலி மற்றும் மாத்தறை மாவட்டங்களிலிருந்து 613 குடும்பங்கள் ஆய்வுக்காக தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டன.

இவ்வாவணம்:முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட ஆய்வினது ஒரு சுருக்கத்தையும், அதேபோல கலந்துரையாடலின் மூலம் பெறப்பட்டவிமர்சனங்களையும்மற்றும் நேரடி கள கலந்துரையாடலின் ஒரு தொகுப்பையும் உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.
