This report addresses Sri Lanka post-conflict growth and recovery in terms of countries economic performance and the role of external sector in accelerating inclusive growth. It also draws attention to policy reflections such as infrastructure development; developing tourism; natural disaster and climate change; rising food prices; health; drug policy and power sector policies.
