This presentation was conducted by CEPA at South Asian Free Media Conference -VI on Trends Lines and Tearful Eyes: Sri Lankan Poverty in the media in August 18th-19th 2007 in Colombo. This presentation discussed two topics. Which are “Is poverty represented in the Srilankan media?” and “what are the difficulties in reporting on poverty”.
