This volume summarises the discussions and decisions which were taken at the International Conference held in Indonesia during April 7-8, 2005. The purpose of the conference was to examine the humanitarian fund and different types of other fund which were received after the catastrophic tsunami disaster by the affected countries, are used in expected activities without any corruption and mismanagement.
