This baseline survey has been commissioned to the Sabaragamuwa University Sri Lanka (SUSL) under the Youth Employment (YE) Project (ILO/Japan). The main objectives of the survey were to provide a baseline survey to learn which project outputs, impacts and outcomes can be measured and provide insights to project management that can guide the project in the planning of its intervention. The survey was carried out at localities where the Youth Employment project focused its activities in two districts of Ratnapura and Kegalle in Sabaragamuwa Province.
